They included a tip in my bill without my consent, and if you read other reviews, that seems to be the norm for this establishment. What a turnoff! As for the lunch buffet, the food quality was okay but it was not worth $8.99. I've been to other Chinese buffets in western Colorado that charge around the same price, and those places leave the Szechuan in the dust with their presentation, quantity of entrees and food quality.Skip this place!

When traveling with a family of Asians (specifically mine), regardless of their having lived in the U.S. & the Netherlands for over 20 years, rice is a staple. The typical fast food options that's convenient on a road trip through Utah from one national state park to another just won't cut it.As soon as we checked into the Best Western Canyonlands Inn next door, my family shrieked in joy (really) at the prospect of "real food." Most of what you'll find in the buffet are your typical American Chinese food and possibly comparable to a Panda Express (who's walnut shrimp I don't absolutely hate). Though many of the dishes are possibly a bit greasy or lacking in flavor, everything is edible and nothing is memorable.Don't go out of your way to come here, but definitely consider this if you're in the area, sick of your typical fast food options or mediocre-tasting American fare and in need of some standard rice, meat, and veggies.
